How It Works
House clearance prices are based on the number of items to be collected
We always come to the property to provide a free quote
We will beat any other genuine quote
Prices are kept low by repurposing as many items as possible
We charge by the van load - like the one pictured here
Each van load costs £500
For example a one bedroom flat is usually 1 van load a 3 bedroom house is 2 van loads
There are additional charges for certain items that are expensive for us to dispose of
We Take the Hassle Out of House Clearance
2 person collection teams ensure care of your property and belongings
We dismantle any furniture if needed
Garden items are also taken
We are flexible and we will ensure the property is ready for sale once we are done
We will find a new home for as many of the items as possible
